Darren earned his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from California State University, Long Beach in 2008 and his license to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in 2013. He worked at several larger firms before founding Morrow & Co. in 2014 to bring the capabilities of a large practice to a select number of clients with the attention of a private office.
He leads the firm's outsourced CFO engagements and advanced tax planning work, and is regularly referred by business brokers for financial due diligence when their clients buy a company. He has taken one client from a $1 million annual loss to $2.5 million in annual earnings within three years, and saved another more than $140,000 in tax in the year of a major sale.
Darren lives in Tustin with his wife Jaclynn and their three children. Away from the numbers he surfs and restores a classic Mustang.
